Services Provided
3SP Cleaning Care offers professional cleaning services for:
Healthcare properties
- Schools and daycare facilities
- Restaurants and offices
- Move-in / Move-out cleaning
- New construction cleaning
- Manufacturing facilities
- Warehouses
- Airbnb & rental properties
- Small businesses and offices
All services are performed with eco-friendly cleaning practices, in line with our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email.
- A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for booking or rescheduling.
- Emergency or same-day services are subject to availability and additional charges.
Pricing & Payments
- Prices are provided based on property type, size, and specific requirements.
- Estimates are non-binding; final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the property.
- Payments must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: [ e.g., credit card, debit, e-transfer, cash].
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to [15%] of the service charge.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven service deficiencies and at the sole discretion of 3SP Cleaning Care.
Customer Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time.
- Any special cleaning instructions or hazardous conditions must be disclosed in advance.
- Personal belongings, valuables, or fragile items should be secured prior to cleaning. 3SP Cleaning Care is not responsible for misplaced personal items.
Eco-Friendly Practices
We use safe, eco-friendly cleaning products. However, if you have allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences, please inform us before the scheduled service.
Liability & Damages
- 3SP Cleaning Care is fully insured and takes all precautions to protect your property.
- We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures/fittings.
- Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Health & Safety
- For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed hazardous or unsafe.
- Clients must ensure pets are secured during the cleaning appointment.
Termination of Service
3SP Cleaning Care reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:
- Unsafe working conditions are present.
- Clients are abusive or uncooperative.
- Payment obligations are not met.
Privacy Policy
All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for booking, billing, and service delivery purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the service is provided.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
